- 1 round ass
- 1 Sieve
- 1 Rolling pin
- Greaseproof paper
- 1 Pizza tray
- 350 g. Flour
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 15 Cl Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Sachet Baker’s yeast
- 20 g. tomato paste
- 100 g. Fresh salmon
- 8 Pieces Black Olives
- 8 Pieces Capers
- 15 g Powdered camel milk
- Sift the flour into the bowl
- Add the baker’s yeast and salt
- Add olive oil and 25 cl of water
- Knead with your hands
- Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 1 hour in the fridge
- Roll out the dough with the rolling pin
- Put the baking paper on the pizza pan then add the dough
- Put the oven at 250 ° C
- Prick the bottom of the pizza dough with a fork and bake for 5 minutes
- Take the pizza dough out of the oven
- Spread the tomato coulis, add the salmon in pieces, the olives and the capers
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle with camel milk
- Cut and taste
