Summer salad with camel milk

Vitamin summer salad with camel milk

  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Slicer
  • 1 round ass
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Wooden spatula
  • 2 Pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 Piece Lettuce (or other green salad)
  • 2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Pieces Pickles
  • 4 Pieces Radish
  • 25 Cl Olive Oil
  • 5 g. Mustard
  • 10 g. Camel milk powder
  • 1 Piece Shallot
  • 5 Cl Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2-3 Pinches Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Put the pan on high heat
  2. Add the chicken breasts, brown them on each side then put on low heat for 8-10 minutes
  3. Take the chicken breasts out of the pan and mince them evenly then set aside
  4. Wash and wring out the salad , wash the tomatoes and the radishes
  5. Mince the radishes and the pickles and the green salad, dice the tomatoes. set aside in the bowl
  6. Mince the shallot then set aside
  7. In the bowl put the mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, milk camel powder, then mix with the whisk and add while whisking the olive oil little by little, add the chopped shallots and mix
  8. Add the vinaigrette in the bowl containing the vegetables and mix with a wooden spatula
  9. Dress and enjoy
